Staff Recruitment Service — Terms & Conditions
To proceed with our Staff Recruitment Service, please note the following:
- Down Payment: A deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required for each recruitment request.
- Success Fee: For every successful hire, the recruitment fee is equivalent to one (1) month of the candidate’s salary.
- Refund Policy (First 2 Months): If we are unable to present a suitable candidate within the first two (2) months, or if you hire someone independently during this period, 75% of the deposit (IDR 750,000) will be refunded.
- Payment Upon Hiring: If you hire a candidate we recommend within the first two (2) months, the remaining balance is payable as one (1) month’s salary minus the deposit.
- Replacement Guarantee (First 3 Months): If the hired candidate resigns within three (3) months from the contract start date, or if you choose to end the employment within this period, we will provide one (1) complimentary replacement recruitment service.
