The new regulation requires us to make some changes to the company deed, allowing certain activities related to short- and long-term rentals while restricting others:

ALLOWED:


  • KBLI 55110 - Star Hotel (Short Term)

  • KBLI 55900 - Other Accommodation Services (mostly for long term)

Most of our customers already have KBLI 55900. Please check your NIB to confirm

RESTRICTED:


  • KBLI 68111 - Owned or Rented Real Estate

  • KBLI 68200 - Real Estate on a Fee or Contract Basis
