Every Limited Liability Company (PT) in Indonesia is required to formally document the resolutions of its Annual GMS, including the approval of the annual report and financial statements. Under Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 49 of 2025, this must be recorded in a Notarial Deed to be legally recognized.

Deadline reminder: The Annual GMS must be documented no later than 6 months after your financial year ends, typically by the end of June.
