Local PT (Perseroan Terbatas)
- The standard Indonesian limited liability company (LLC equivalent).
- Can be established and owned only by Indonesian citizens or Indonesian legal entities.
- Any foreign shareholding requires incorporation as a PT PMA. See our PT PMA section for details.

Foreign participation
- We advise on compliant structures and the most suitable pathway for foreign involvement in your business.

Working KITAS sponsorship
- To sponsor a Working KITAS, a Local PT must have a minimum paid-up capital of IDR 1,000,000,000.

What’s included
- Our Local PT Lite package covers end-to-end incorporation and core operating licenses, excluding UKL/UPL environmental permits. After your Local PT is established, you will have 12 months to obtain the UKL/UPL, and we can assist with that process.
